Certainly! Our Italian shoe sizing is the same as Gucci and Prada, meaning our dress shoes run a FULL SIZE LARGE from your regular US dress shoe size (i.e., Allen Edmonds, Johnston & Murphy, so please make sure to order one full size below what you normally would in a US dress shoe.
Alternatively, subtract 1.5 sizes from your Brannock device measurement or athletic shoe size. For example, if you are a 9 on the Brannock (that metal contraption found in shoe stores) or in Nike shoes, please order a size 7.5 in Paul Evans.
NOTE: Shoe sizing is not standardized around the world. There are many shoe sizing systems so please do not be upset that our sizing may be different from your regular dress shoe or sneaker size. We are happy to assist you with sizing! Please contact us should you need help.
Most Italian dress shoes run larger than traditional US/UK sizing. Not to mention each pair of feet is unique! Do you wear the same shoe size in all your shoes? Probably not, so please excuse the minor sizing adjustment necessary to wear our shoes. After all, it's just a number!
We do not currently make wide-width shoes, however we do have many satisfied wide-feet customers! If you have wide feet, simply adjust a half to full size up from our recommended shoe sizing adjustments to accommodate for extra width.
For those who wear E-width shoes, a half size up should do it. For EE and above, try a full size. For example, our standard-sizing instructions recommend adjusting a full size down for D-width sizes, an E-width size would simply adjust a half size down.
If you find that our shoes are just a tad tight and you need a few extra millimeters, don't forget that your local cobbler can stretch your shoes!

In order to streamline our internal processes and preserve the integrity of our sales data, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or would like to try a different style or color, please place a new order on our website and ship back your original order.
NOTE: All returns and exchanges must be sent back in unworn condition and include all original shoe box contents, including shoe horn, shoe bag, plastic sleeves and tissue paper. We do not accept worn product. Please read more about our 365-day return and exchange policy here.
All domestic orders are shipped with a prepaid return label included in the plastic sleeve affixed to the outside of the shipping box. International orders are eligible for returns but the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. If you can't find the prepaid return shipping label, you can generate one by clicking here.
Yes, we ship everywhere in the world! We've successfully shipped into over 80 countries, however, the cost of import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay for any import fees you incur, which is specific to each country.
NOTE: The government of Mexico has banned shoe imports from the United States. We are therefore unable to ship directly into Mexico. Please use the services of World Wide Parcel to receive your package.
If an item is sold out, we may choose to make it available for a pre-order, designated by the PRE-ORDER button on the product page. After completing the purchase process online, we'll confirm via email that you are aware the item is out of stock and that you placed a pre-order.
A pre-order requires upfront payment in order to be placed on our pre-order list. As soon as your order arrives at our distribution center, we will quickly ship your order prior to making our the products available to the general public. We highly recommend pre-orders as it is the best way to obtain our shoes.
Generally pre-orders are fulfilled in 3 - 5 months, depending on which shoe style you order and if we will have future availability. Due to demand, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of pre-orders from the most immediate shoe shipment we will be receiving.

Our shoes are made in Naples, Italy in a factory that has been producing exertly-crafted footwear for generations. They are skilled artisans, well trained in the art of Italian shoemaking.
Our collection is made using the traditional Italian technique of Blake stitching. This type of construction dominates Italian-made shoes because the end product is a light, flexible and sleek-profile shoe. Both Goodyear Welt and Blake construction techniques are signs of quality and will ensure a lifetime of wear provided the shoes are maintained and resoled as needed.

Yes, we ship to domestic P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. However, we will not ship to international P.O. boxes due to poor experiences with USPS.
