Shipping & Returns

FREE Fedex International Shipping

We offer FREE Fedex international shipping. Pretty amazing, right? Our standard Fedex delivery method requires a direct signature for delivery. We do this to ensure you receive your shoes. However, please use Fedex Delivery Manager to change your delivery preferences should you desire to do so. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipments usually arrive between 3-5 business days within the US, and up to 10 business days for international orders. Need it faster? No problem, just select express or overnight shipping at checkout.

We ship to every country in the world (excluding Mexico due to trade restrictions). However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional charges.

*All APO/PO Boxes and Canadian addresses will be shipped via USPS.

FREE US Returns & Exchanges

To initiate an exchange or return, simply email with your order number (sent in confirmation email) and a picture of both the shoe soles and uppers to check for creasing. Find the FedEx return label inside the plastic slip on the outside of the shipping box. We cannot process a refund or exchange without prior email notice of your intentions. 

We will not ship out exchanges until we visually inspect the returns (either done at our return center or via your photo submission). Need an exchange pronto? The easiest and most efficient method is to place a new order and simply send back your original order for a return. 

Please note, we accept returns and exchanges from international customers. However, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. 

365-Day Returns

If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, we will accept unused items with all original shoe box contents and packaging and provide free return shipping for all US orders within 365 days of the shipping date (only applicable to items paid in full at checkout, not products financed via Affirm which are subject to a 120 day return policy).

A prepaid return label is included in every domestic order. International and APO/PO Box orders may be returned but customers are responsible for return shipping. Click here to notify us about a return or exchange.

Items must be in same condition as they were received including original packaging (tissue paper, plastic sleeves, shoe bag and horn). Please use a soft surface (i.e., carpet) to try on your shoes in order to prevent scratches. The soles are hand painted and will scuff as soon as they hit hard surface, both indoors and outdoors. We will not accept damaged product.

Once your return is received and inspected a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it can take up to seven business days for our warehouse to process returns and therefore your patience is appreciated.
